 Deborah Stevenson, Manager
Deborah was born and raised in a small town in Arkansas and has been in the funeral industry for over twenty-two years. After moving to California in 1981 with her three children, she attended the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science, graduating in 1988. Deborah strives to bring empathy to the decision making process when a death occurs. She is licensed with the State of California as a Funeral Director, Embalmer and Pre-Need Insurance Agent. Deborah has been serving area families at Albert Brown Mortuary since 2003. Deborah also serves as Prayer Minister, Praise Team Spiritual Advisor and a member of the Women Encouraging Women Group at East Bay Bible Church. Deborah is also active in the Oakland Chambers of Commerce, both Black and Chinese, the Wa Sung Charity and serves as a mentor to young, at-risk girls in the Oakland Bay Area.

Jane Phong Le, Funeral Counselor
Jane is a native of Vietnam and has also lived in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. Jane has lived and worked in Oakland since 1996. A devoted wife and a loving mother of two, Jane is Trilingual in Vietnamese, Cantonese and English. She has served as a funeral counselor since 2002. Jane is very active in the Vietnamese community throughout the Bay Area. |
 Alex Yong Liu, Funeral Counselor Alex was born in a bilingual family (Mandarin and Cantonese) in Canton, China. He graduated from GuangZhou Foreign Languages Institute in 1981, majoring in Literature and Translation. Alex mainly engaged in multicultural and educational works before immigrating to the United States in early 2005. He joined the Albert Brown team in 2005 and has been working as a Funeral Counselor since then.

 Angela Caulboy Secretary/Receptionist
Angela was born and raised in the Bay Area and has been in the funeral industry since 2004. Along with her receptionist duties, she is a California licensed Funeral Director and holds a Pre-Need Insurance license so that she may serve families both at-need and pre-need. Her passion and commitment for helping people has been reflected by the many compliments she receives from the families she serves. Angela is active in the community, where she is an Ambassador for the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, a member of Senior Alliance and a Notary Public. Angela has two teenage boys that are the light of her life. She has a passion for learning and is going back to school for a degree in Cultural Anthropology with emphasis on theology and funeral rites, hoping at some point to study in Bali. |

Thomas Cloman Pre-need Counselor
Tom has over 30 years of customer service experience and 28 years as a licensed insurance agent. Tom is committed to helping families secure quality funeral, burial and cremation services in advance of need. Tom is available for free group pre-need workshops and seminars and no-obligation personal interviews.

 Theresa Zwicker Night Attendant
Theresa May Zwicker, native of Honolulu, Hawaii, has lived in Castro Valley, California for the past twenty-six years. She has two adult children and loves reading, outdoor activities, spending time with her family and working in the funeral industry. Theresa is also an advocate for animals of all kinds. With her outgoing personality, Theresa is an asset to the Albert Brown Staff. Theresa has been employed as a Night Clerk and a Funeral Assistant since 2002.
